Who is AmCan and where are you located?
AmCan is a U.S. market development team based at 2020 Main Street, Suite 680, Irvine, California. We help U.S. importers, distributors and retailers source from manufacturers in China and other markets. AmCan is part of AmCan Group, founded in 1999.
Does AmCan act as the importer of record?
No. AmCan does not act as importer of record and does not take title to the goods. You buy directly from the manufacturer and clear the goods yourself.
Do you quote FOB or DDP?
FOB at the named port. You arrange freight, customs entry, duties and insurance, which keeps classification, duty refunds and import records under your control.
Can I get samples and a factory audit before ordering?
Yes. We coordinate samples and specification sheets, and arrange video walk-throughs or an on-site audit, through us or a third-party inspector you choose.
Which product categories do you cover?
Industrial products, hardware and tools, lighting, auto parts, building materials, home and furniture, and consumer goods. Send an RFQ for anything else and we will tell you whether we can help.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 2 business days, on U.S. hours. Our team works in English and Mandarin.
Do buyers pay AmCan a fee?
No. AmCan is engaged by manufacturers. Buyers pay the manufacturer directly under the agreed terms.
