For buyers

How we work with U.S. buyers

AmCan works on behalf of overseas manufacturers. For you, that means one bilingual contact in Irvine for samples, audits, quotes and follow-through.

Process

From RFQ to delivery

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Product, specifications, target volumes, certifications and your timeline. We reply within 2 business days.

  2. 2

    Shortlist and samples

We share manufacturers that fit, and coordinate samples and specification sheets.

  3. 3

    Factory audit

Video walk-throughs or an on-site audit, arranged through us or a third-party inspector you choose.

  4. 4

    Quote on FOB terms

Quotes are FOB at the named port. You arrange freight, customs entry, duties and insurance.

  5. 5

    Order and follow-through

We track production, inspection and shipment, and stay on the thread in English and Mandarin.

Clear roles

What AmCan does not do

  • AmCan does not act as importer of record and does not take title to the goods. You buy directly from the manufacturer.
  • No DDP or duty-inclusive quotes, and no undervaluation.
  • Products made overseas are never marketed as "Made in USA".
  • Outreach follows U.S. anti-spam and telemarketing rules.

AmCan is not a law firm or a customs broker. For classification and entry questions, consult a licensed customs broker.
